This policy explains how we handle the data you give us through www.temvora.app, our website.
Clocking, leave or employee data that your company manages in the mobile app or the Dashboard is not covered here: it is governed by the service contract, in which the company is the controller and 44 TECHNOLOGIES, S.L. acts on its behalf as the data processor.

Contact or demo request form: we process your name, email, company, team size and the message you send us, to handle your request for information or a demonstration.
Legal basis: taking pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or, if you write on behalf of a company, our legitimate interest in handling professional contacts (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and Article 19 of the Spanish Data Protection Act, LOPDGDD).
We ask that the data you give us is truthful and is yours or your company's.

This website does not use cookies or other tracking technologies, does not store anything in your browser and does not load third-party content. That is why you won't see a cookie banner.

Hosting, email delivery, monitoring and backups: Amazon Web Services, which acts as a data processor.
We do not pass your data on to other companies, unless the law requires us to hand it over to the competent authorities.

Form data is stored in Amazon Web Services data centres in the European Union (Ireland).
If a provider carried out transfers outside the European Economic Area, they rely on an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

We keep your data while we handle your request and, if we don't end up forming a contractual relationship, for 90 days. After that we keep it blocked for the limitation periods of possible liabilities.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to dpo@temvora.app.
Where processing is based on legitimate interest, you can object to it.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Even so, no transmission over the internet is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The fields marked as mandatory in the form are necessary to handle your request; if you don't give them to us, we won't be able to handle it.

We may update this policy when the law or the site changes. The current version is the one on this page, with the update date shown above.
