Frequently asked questions
How is the price calculated?
The price depends on your team size: each plan costs its maximum number of employees × €1 per month (for example, the 50-employee plan: €50 per month). There are plans for 5, 10, 25, 50 and 100 employees and, above 100, in steps of 50. If none fits your company, request a custom offer.
What does the price include?
Every plan includes the mobile app and the Dashboard, with the three ways to clock in (mobile app, browser and kiosk mode) and leave management.
Does Temvora manage holidays and leave?
Yes. It manages holidays, sick leave, personal leave and unpaid leave, with an approval flow: the employee requests, the manager approves, rejects, proposes other dates or assigns, and the employee gets an email with every change. It is included in the price at no extra cost.
What is the set-up fee?
It is a single one-off fee to set up the company and its employees, separate from the monthly or annual fee, and its amount depends on the plan. It is free for anyone who signs up by 1 December 2026; after that date it applies to new sign-ups. Anyone who signed up during the promotion does not pay it, since it is a one-off payment made at sign-up.
Can I pay monthly?
Plans for 25 employees or more can be billed monthly or annually. The 5 and 10 employee plans are billed with a single annual payment, with no discount. On the other plans, annual billing has a 10% discount on 12 monthly payments.
What if my team size changes?
If your team grows, we will contact you to regularise the situation; you will not be left without service.
What if I have more than 500 employees?
Request a custom offer and we will prepare a tailored proposal.
Can my employees clock in if they have no phone?
Yes. They can clock in from the Dashboard in the browser of a computer or tablet, or in kiosk mode, on a shared device with their personal code.
